standard 1st class shipping via royal mail, I will supply a tracking number and you should receive in 3/4 working days.

Our standard return policy is 10 working days for a refund and exchange, all items be be unused in original packaging & with all labels attached! With no signs of makeup or wear, we will offer a refund or a full exchange.

All returns should be sent with a signed for postal service or postal insurance, as we not liable/responsible for any items missing in transit.

We will deduct original postal cost from your exchange items or refunds.

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged, when you receive them, again all tags must be on item! Please note embellished items may loose beading, diamonds, printing may fade….. after wear and washing, these are delicate items!!! Wash as instructed on label, these items will not be excepted as faulty.

Please note faulty items must be reported to us within 5 working days.
